Join us as the Transition Business Support Manager for the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our statewide ACAS. You will be responsible for streamlining our business operations, focusing on areas such as financial management, staff development, workflow efficiency, and compliance with contract requirements. Your expertise will help to establish a robust framework for data management, quality monitoring, and resource allocation, ensuring we meet our revenue targets while delivering exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and implementation of an effective statewide administration service that supports our vision for excellence in care.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Transition Team to develop a comprehensive statewide ACAS service delivery model. Your extensive experience in hospital environments, combined with your understanding of community and aged care settings, will be invaluable as you drive improvements and innovations. About You

- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business (Accounting, Economics, or Finance) required.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to think strategically and implement service improvements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and managing change.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of public health services and the My Aged Care system.
