Role Detail
Step into the world of corporate hospitality at KWM's Melbourne office!
Located in prestigious Collins Arch development, our office is buzzing with energy, and we're looking for a front of house superstar to join our dynamic Hospitality team. You’ll be at the heart of our client floor, overseeing everything from conference rooms to boardroom events, our internal cafe, and our fabulous terrace.
We're all about creating an extraordinary experience for our clients, and that's where you come in. With your welcoming smile and polished approach, you'll be the driving force behind our exceptional customer service. Get ready to showcase your silver service skills, take espresso coffee orders like a pro, and deliver impeccable wait service, both à la carte and at our exciting events.
Collaboration is key at KWM, and you'll have the chance to work closely with our talented catering team, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. And since we're a team, lending a hand to our back-of-house crew when needed will be part of your repertoire!
Picture yourself in this full-time, permanent role, with shifts rostered from Monday to Friday during the day and evening. We value flexibility, so a little wiggle room with your schedule will be valued.
About You
If you’re an experienced Waiter or Food & Beverage Attendant who’s a natural team player with a background in corporate boardrooms, high end restaurants or luxury hotel environments, chances are you’re what we’re looking for. We’d love to see:
- Demonstrated front of house waiting experience in a similar environment (boardroom, conference venue or corporate client floor experience highly regarded)
- Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times
- General food and wine knowledge, as well as knowledge of silver service
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office software
- Flexible in working hours
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as a collaborative team member
- Other hospitality accreditations highly regarded
