Here’s what you'll focus on:

• Effortlessly managing phone calls, meeting rooms booking and service beverage to all guests.
• Enhance visitors' stay, engage guests in welcoming conversations that enriches their overall experience whilst ensuring safety and security protocols are adhered to.
• Create inviting atmosphere by ensuring the spaces are clean, organized, comfortable and making the facility a hassle-free environment for everyone.
• Be the ambassador of comfort, the go-to person for all things related to office environment. From setting up cutting-edge technology in meeting rooms to ensuring the pantry is stocked.
• Performs daily floor walks and facilities inspections and prepares reports as required
• Responds to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals and raising Purchase Orders in systems
• Ensuring Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded
• Computer literate, and willing to learn and manage internal systems
