For our Facility Management team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Coordinator in facility management / property management, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• You provide administrative and organizational support to the specialist in charge
• You coordinate appointments and manage general correspondence in Facility Management
• You ensure smooth work preparation and assist in space planning as well as relocation coordination
• You support the organization and ordering process for internal and external cleaning services
• You assist in the introduction of the new CAFM software and contribute to its successful implementation
• You take on responsible tasks such as invoice control, data management, and handling insurance claims and warranties

What are we looking for?

• You have completed a commercial education and ideally already have experience in facility or property management
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• You enjoy working independently and attach great importance to reliability and precision
• You utilise your strong quality awareness and strong customer focus
• You take a proactive approach to things and are a team player
• You are not afraid to speak English or to learn it
