As a Customer Success Manager at Meister, you'll engage with a portfolio of customers to build meaningful, long-term relationships and manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal. What Makes You Special

5+ years’ experience. You bring extensive experience in customer success within the B2B Saa S industry.
Industry knowledge. You have extensive experience in overseeing the customer lifecycle and bring a deep understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support both internally and externally.
Excellent communicator. You are a charismatic, native-level speaker of German and English, capable of engaging and inspiring our customers.
Strategic thinking. You adapt and execute customer success strategies according to Meister’s unique circumstances and company goals, demonstrating a builder mentality that drives continuous improvement.
Analytical skills. You independently analyze customer health metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Project management. You organize comprehensive customer success plans, manage projects effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Agile mindset. You bring experience in using scrum, agile or similar frameworks to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
Experience with digitization initiatives. You have a background in leading or participating in digitization projects, driving innovation and process improvement.
