Job Description

We are currently looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing strategies, managing the team on property, and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and managing our sales & marketing team to support performance and growth.
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales performance.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing activities.
Managing the sales & marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Required Skills:

Completed studies in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Several years of experience in sales and marketing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make decisions.
Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
