Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Front Office Supervisor:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Jos Summary:

Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service.
Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, reporting, and performance reviews.

Required Skills:

Several years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a front office or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.
Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
