Having successfully closed investments of 312 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform in the region. We are searching for a positive member of our team who make employees and visitors to feel welcomed in our Vienna office.

Aufgaben

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Receiving and dispatching deliveries
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
• Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Qualifikation

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle tasks independently
• Self- starter and proactive personality
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and German is essential
• Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power-Point
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to short deadlines
• Enthusiastic about renewable energy
