Are you a welcoming and organized individual with a passion for exceptional service?

We're a global leader in Enterprise Software, seeking a talented Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Vienna, Austria headquarters. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Worktime: 11:30 to 19:00 / every day.

What You'll Do:

Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Provide accurate information to visitors and colleagues in person, via phone, or email.
Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution.
Uphold office security by following protocols and controlling access.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with scheduling meetings and updating calendars

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with common office equipment.
Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen situations.
