Your mission
Dive into the dynamic world of fintech by analysing the latest regulations and their impact. Use data to drive insights and team up with compliance, finance, legal, and IT for a 360° view. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and ensuring spot-on regulatory reporting. Join us in shaping the future of fintech with energy and innovation!
What You'll Do:

Independent Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging and existing regulations impacting our industry.
Data-Driven Impact Assessment: Analyse data and assess the potential impact of regulatory changes on our business practices and reporting requirements.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with internal teams (compliance, finance, legal and IT) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of regulations and data needs.
Staying Informed: Proactively monitor regulatory agencies and industry publications to identify and analyse regulatory developments.
Report Submissions: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to meet compliance deadlines.

Who you are:

Preferably a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Informatics.
3-5 years of experience in regulatory analysis or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to independently analyse complex regulations and assess their impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey complex regulatory information and data insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred.

Bonus Points for:

Experience in the fintech industry.
Experience with specific regulatory requirements relevant to our industry segment.
Proven track record of building and automating data analysis processes.
Understanding of the regulatory impact of our product offerings
