Are you an outgoing person with attention to detail and the ability to work with various topics eager to build new processes? Bitpanda seeks someone who's ready to leave a mark on our business landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring organisational compliance and operational efficiency and your magic touch will transform our policy structure and make Bitpanda more agile, efficient, and just downright awesome!
What you'll do
- Policy Coordination: Take responsibility in coordinating the lifecycle of our policies and procedures, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and keep on top of it
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and review adherence to policies across the organisation, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to gather input, ensure policy awareness, and promote compliance with established policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy documents, revisions, and approvals. Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership and relevant teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the policy development and review process, ensuring policies remain relevant and up-to-date.
- Previous experience in policy development, compliance, or a regulatory environment (2-4 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret connections between different topics and situations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
