Service Sales Manager, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• You are responsible for any sales activities related to our Service Contracts and are the primary driver of business growth
• You are building and expanding relationships with current and potential customers
• You take part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, user meetings and work closely with our international Sales and Operations network
• You conduct in-depth market analysis and structure customer data in CRM & ERP systems to identify leads
• You identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling our existing customers
• You contribute to the development of our Service Strategy

What are we looking for?

• You have completed technical or commercial education or bring relevant experience in sales
• You like to deal with customers enriched with your good communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• You are willing to travel up to 25% for work
• You like to work with modern IT tools like e.g. MS Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Webex, Confluence, etc.
• Persuasiveness, negotiation, implementation, and closing strength complement your profile
• You are business fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
