Tasks

As a SOC DFx Engineer at semify, you will play a critical role in implementing and verifying digital designs and directly interacting with our industry-leading customers to help them solve their problems. You'll also coordinate teams of engineers, both onsite and remote. You'll be part of a dynamic and growing team that is dedicated to making an impact.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in SOC DFx and Verification
• Design for Test (DFT): Proficiency in scan insertion, ATPG, BIST, JTAG, and test coverage analysis.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Understanding process variability, layout optimization, and manufacturing rule adherence.
• Design for Yield (DFY): Skills in yield analysis, failure diagnosis, and improvement techniques.
• Design for Reliability (DFR): Expertise in electromigration, thermal management, aging mechanisms, and error correction.
• General Skills: Scripting for automation, familiarity with EDA tools, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Enjoy working in a distributed team
