As part of our Technical Support team, you will:
- Immerse yourself in the exciting world of advanced GPS devices.
- Set new standards for innovation and efficiency by closely monitoring and enhancing the performance of our GPS devices in the field.
- Tackle technical challenges by analyzing complex issues and errors.
- Closely monitor key performance indicators and the overall success of our product.
- Be the go-to expert, responding to internal requests across different departments.
- Work closely with the monitoring team, combining your expertise to enhance the performance of our firmware.
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Key requirements:
- Very good understanding of electronics and hardware products
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in crafting and refining monitoring systems
- Ideally experienced with microcontrollers and skilled in low-level programming.
- Very good English skills
- Proactive, self-sufficient and eager to learn
- Embrace structured working methods to deliver top-notch results
- Empathetic to user needs and unwilling to compromise when it comes to product quality
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving technical landscape
- Excited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 35,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
