Technical Writer, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• You collaborate with agile Scrum teams on new and exciting products for the digital power grid of the future.
• You create and maintain user-centered online helps and user interface texts in English for our cybersecurity products and for our products for testing critical automation and control systems.
• You create and maintain manuals for our hardware platforms in English.
• You work together with product managers and application engineers to gain an understanding of the product.
• You analyze requirements and determine how to help and guide our customers.
• You coordinate and oversee translation projects.
• You help continuously improve our processes and terminology.
• You work together with the marketing team to publish additional materials around cybersecurity, automation, and control systems.

What are we looking for?

• You have the ability to clearly and concisely describe complex technical matters in English to an experienced target group.
• You have an understanding of terminology and translation-related issues and how they may affect your workflow.
• You have a strong technical background.
• You have communication skills, capacity for teamwork, and the desire to learn new tools and technologies.
• You are creative, flexible and have good time management.
• You have solid proficiency in English and ideally also in German.
