Job Summary:
As a Territory Manager, you will be a key driver of our sales growth in Europe. You'll build strong relationships with our distributor network, identify new opportunities, and exceed sales targets. Your expertise in the industry and your ability to communicate technical information will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

• New Revenue Activity:
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities.
• Expand our market share in the European territory.
• Account Management:
• Manage and grow existing distributor relationships.
• Provide training, technical presentations, and webinars.
• Stay up-to-date on our products and pricing.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Identify market trends and opportunities.
• Market Development:
• Gather valuable market intelligence.
• Represent Enviro Logix at industry events and conferences.
• Stay informed about competitors and their strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success. 2+ years of experience in the seed, grain, feed, or food industries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent analytical abilities, self-motivated, ability to build relationships, technical aptitude, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other: Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, ability to work independently in a remote setting.
