Job Responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing or construction.

Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and checking of purchase and payment vouchers
- Compiling records, printing vouchers, invoices, payments and filing of the same.
- Periodical/monthly reconciliation of ledger bank accounts with bank statements.
- Periodical ledger analysis of expenses, assets, customers, suppliers, and employee accounts.
- Reconciliation and review of Accounts Payable reports.
- Generation of customer invoices and checking.
- Preparation of receipts from customers.
- Reconciliation and review of Accounts Receivables reports.
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
- Monitoring, Prepare, verification and processing payments of utility, telephone bills etc.
- Handling other accounting activities keeping with the policies and procedures of the Group
- Assist the Sr. Accountant/Accounts Manager in the preparation of monthly journal entries and other tasks.
- Any other additional duties & responsibilities as may be required by the management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
