Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or technical diplomas may also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic pipes or a related industry.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of electronic systems, devices, and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensure the effective functioning of electronic machinery, and develop strategies to minimize downtime. The Electronics Maintenance Supervisor will also manage schedules, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and oversee a team of electronics maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment and systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions, analyze system issues, and supervise the repair and replacement of defective electronic components.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to reduce the risk of equipment failure and prolong the lifespan of electronic systems.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and technical guidance to maintenance staff. Ensure the team is updated with the latest industry practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of parts and supplies required for maintenance activities. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of essential materials.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines. Promote a safe working environment through proper use of protective equipment and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications. Generate reports for management regarding equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Work closely with other departments, including production and engineering, to identify potential issues, enhance equipment performance, and minimize disruption to operations.
• Evaluate and implement continuous improvement strategies for maintenance practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, control panels, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and automated machinery.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting electronic components.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Proven experience in leading a maintenance team, managing schedules, and handling complex technical issues.
• Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and experience enforcing safety protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth workflow.
