We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and improve our agile practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the agile mindset and improving team processes and efficiencies through effective implementation of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on agile practices and principles to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Implement and support agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean within the organization.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to align and standardize agile practices across teams.
• Develop and conduct agile training sessions to improve skills and knowledge within the team.
• Identify and address challenges related to team performance, resource management, and process efficiencies.
• Provide ongoing feedback to teams and individuals to foster growth and improvement.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile practices and propose adjustments as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of various agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate disagreements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with agile project management tools.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or related fields are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in an agile coaching role.
