OBJECTIVE: To support the Asset Management team in conducting market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and managing analytical and administrative tasks within the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects, including financial projections for properties across Europe.
• Review investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations to assess project profitability.
• Conduct market research and compile business intelligence for various regional markets.
• Assist in the preparation of project approval documents and respond to various information requests.
• Support corporate asset management tasks, including portfolio reporting and ad-hoc performance analysis.
• Provide assistance on special strategic projects and initiatives, such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.
• Maintain and update databases, responding to related requests and inquiries.
• Prepare presentations and materials for building owner meetings, conferences, and internal committees.
