We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to fill the role of IT Assets Support Specialist . In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, organization, and support of IT assets within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Your impact

As an IT Assets Support Specialist, you make an impact by:
Hardware Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, meetroom equipment and peripherals
  
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime
  
• Coordinate with key suppliers for hardware repairs and warranty services
  
  

Software Support:

• Install and update applications on various IT assets
  

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and accessories.
  
• Track and document asset movements, disposals, and additions
  

Cable Management:

• Organize and manage cabling infrastructure to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to cables and networking equipment
  
  

Security Compliance:

• Ensure that IT assets comply with security policies and standards
  
• Implement and maintain security measures for hardware and software, including updates and staging
  

About you

• No degree or certification is required
  
• Proven experience in IT Asset Support or a similar role
  
• Technical proficiency in hardware troubleshooting
  
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, mac OS, i OS)
  
• Strong multitasking skills
  
• Good communication in English and Dutch or French
  
• Good interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
  
• Driver’s license B
  
• Good physical condition and flexible in terms of work environment. Indeed, this role may require occasional lifting of heavy equipment and may involve working in various environments and office locations.
