As part of TPF Europa’s expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Plant Manager at our facility in Bocholt Belgium.
The role is varied, and the successful candidate will be expected to complete multiple tasks to ensure the safe and continued operation of the plant with minimal loss in production.
In addition to having manufacturing experience, the successful candidate should be able to communicate in multiple languages (Belgian/ Dutch/ English).
TPF are open to consider experienced Managers and Team Leaders/ Supervisors who are looking to take the next step in their career.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate best working practices in a safe manner
• Supervise operatives
• Manage quality control
• Basic maintenance
• Maintain inventory
• Manage paperwork
• Comply with company policies & procedures
• Support the Plant Manager to ensure continued operations.

• Forklift truck qualified
• Able to supervise multiple teams

• Reliable

Previous experience in compression moulding would be ideal but TPF are willing to consider those who have a proven track record in manufacturing.
Hours of Work
The successful candidate will work weekdays 8am to 5pm. There may be occasions where a site presence is expected outside of normal hours to ensure downtimes are minimised.
