Automation Tester - Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to report on system health and functionality.
- Work closely with development teams to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management.
- Set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions.
- Improve and automate test strategies and software configurations.
- Define test parameters, design tests, interpret test results, and analyze test trends.
- Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards set forth by upstream sources.
- Automated test scripts.
- Test reports and documentation of results.
- Feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- English
- Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
- Experience with popular test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
