Business Analyst IoT – Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Your role will bridge the gap between business needs and IT systems, focusing on projects involving Io T, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence. You will design and optimize business processes, challenge the business on their needs, and align these requirements with IT teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model business processes, guiding teams in process redesign.
- Perform impact analysis to evaluate the effect of process or system changes.
- Develop context diagrams, business domain models, and write user stories or use cases.
- Define business needs for IT tools to support processes, providing clear guidelines for implementation.
- Work closely with IT teams, including functional analysts and project leaders, to validate and challenge proposed solutions.
- Conduct testing and validate releases of new tools and systems.
- Actively contribute to change management, creating training materials, and offering user training.
- Support post-implementation usage of IT tools and ensure alignment between business and IT.
- Validate the functional analysis conducted by IT.
- Support data quality initiatives and assist with data migrations.
- Align with other departments and stakeholders on various business processes.
- Master’s degree (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience capturing and translating business needs.
- Experience in business process modeling and impact analysis.
- Knowledge of Io T, AI, or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with maintaining industrial assets is a plus.
- Knowledge of test plan creation and execution.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting training for end users.
- Language: Dutch, French, and English.
