DUTIES/ROLE:
· Support continuous listening roll-out and operations
· Support ad hoc survey activities (incl further development of leavers feedback survey)
· Support data/reporting governance roll-out and operations (e.g. DQ monitoring, supporting stewards/power users, SLA discussion)
· Support org taxonomy review and operations
· Support reporting and data visualization projects/initiatives (e.g. OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE, reporting for LFS, RPMO)
· Support in ad hoc reporting requests (e.g. basic reporting questions core HR/TA/PM/etc, sick leave analysis, annual report)
· Support monthly reporting cycle
· Support improvement initiatives
