· A degree from a university or establishment of similar standing
· 3+ years of professional experience in Information Knowledge Management in Enterprise or large international organization environments
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Share Point  Ability to administer Share Point and other IKM tools pertinent to the OCIO
· Experience within NATO or an international organisation or enterprise  Knowledge of NATO IKM

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Oversee and administer IKM tools such as Microsoft Share Point and tasker tracker systems
· Implement and work to the continuous improvement of effective IKM initiatives and processes in the OCIO
· Develop templates and tools for the OCIO in line with the NATO IKM strategy
· Monitor OCIO mailboxes ensuring the correct information is being communicated to pertinent staff
· Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of OCIO information
· Promote best IKM practices in OCIO
· Liaise with the IKM Competency Centre and Enterprise entities in order to follow a coherent IKM direction
· Support the OCIO Front Office in identifying and solving IKM problems
· Perform any other tasks as directed by the members of the OCIO Front Office, under the supervision of the Executive Officer
