About the Team
Platform Engineering focuses on building the platforms and related services to enable product teams to focus on maximum value creation for our customers and build the best eco-system in line with business needs and priorities. As part of Platform Engineering, Team Triton focuses on the products and services related to developer experience. The position can be filled in a hybrid set-up at our location Ypres, Belgium.

What you can look forward to as Cloud Platform Engineer - Developer Experience:

• Maintain core products Git Lab (CI/CD - version control) and Sonar Qube (code quality scanning) on AWS
• Support, extend and improve the available templates used by the product teams and developers using Terraform and Helm
• Participate in the community of practice to share expertise and knowledge with the broader ZF-SCALAR engineering community
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize product/service performance to improve user experience with operational excellence internally and across the organization
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of software delivery processes
• Drive innovation, seek improvements, stay updated with engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Your profile as Cloud Platform Engineer - Developer Experience:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent and more than 3 years of experience working with and supporting cloud and Dev Ops environment with related technologies
• Expert knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a passion for technology
• Proficient with Terraform, Ia C (Infrastructure as Code) tooling, Helm, and Kubernetes for deployments and automation.
• Experience with scripting or programming language (bash/python)
• Experience with configuration management, setting up CI/CD pipelines, Git Lab knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with micro-services architecture and understanding of cloud application on AWS
• Developer background or experience is a plus
