We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Commercial Account Manager to join our Sales team in Benelux. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key (commercial) accounts within the Belgium market, fostering strong relationships with customers. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and play a central role in shaping the future of communication and collaboration.
Your main objective will be to cultivate strong relationship to key customers to ensure satisfaction. Develop and execute accounts plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value to customers. Provide timely sales performance reports to track progress and informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities:RELATIONSHIP BUILDER.

Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the customer organization.

Part of a virtual HP team to drive execution.

Identify new business opportunities and expand HP Poly / Collaboration presence with existing customers.

Collaborate with cross-functionals teams, including sales, marketing, and systems engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic account plans.
-
Drive pipeline and sales opportunities.
-
Assist partners in opportunity management.
-
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.

Mange the overall business, opportunities and provide forecasts.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you report to one of the Sales Managers working on the Belgium market and work in close cooperation with category team, Systems Engineers, sales, channel marketing and other specialist to support you in your work.
Education and experience required:
-
University or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Fluency in both Dutch / Flemish, French and English is an absolute requirement
-
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role
-
Team player with growth mindset and positive energy
-
Experience with business development is a must
-
Well-developed proven relationship skills
-
Good understanding of business financials is key
-
in-depth industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus (e.g. Unified Collaboration, UCaa S, etc)
