• Process the orders from Dutch Customers (Email, EDI, Phone, Internal Orders) for Pernod Ricard Nederland; this includes confirming the availability of the products to the customers and communicating on further availability of items flagged as Out of Stock
• Follow the quotas and allocations on some products, by customer, based on the recommendations of the Supply Chain Department and the Customer Service Manager Benelux
• Transmission of the orders to get them prepared by our Logistics Partner (several times a day)
• Permanent communication together with our Logistics Partners to ensure the follow-up of deliveries and proactive notification to the customers of delivery issues (delays, breakage, missing products, picking issues,…)

• Daily invoicing of the delivered orders, based on the documents submitted by Pernod Ricard Belgium and sending the invoices to the customers.
• Storage of all the administrative documents (orders, invoices, credit notes, return fiches…)
• Creation of Return Orders for goods that have been wrongly entered or after Sales Activations and Events
• Management & Solving of commercial disputes (quantity differences, prices differences) together with the involved stakeholders (Logistics Partner, Key Account Managers, Accounting Department,) + sending the credit notes to the customers

• Good understanding of the different products distributed by Pernod Ricard Benelux (item categories and item numbers)
• Good comprehension of the market, of the customers and of the groups they are belonging to.
• Reading & understanding of a price list (products & customer at national level)

• Education level: MBO+ / HBO
• A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Knowledge of Navision is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a big plus
