Location/Division Specific Information:

How Will You Make an Impact?:
As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring detailed customer interactions and support. Your efforts will help us successfully conduct strategies that give to a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

A Day in the Life:
  • Responsible for customers/distributors within a certain region
  • Order entry, follow-up, and communication with customers/distributors
  • Dealing with telephone calls of customers/distributors in different languages
  • Interface between customers/distributors and the different operational departments
  • Complaint handling and follow-up
  • Close communication with the quote team on special offers and projects
  • Dealing with return shipments/credit notes and financial follow-up
  • Actively participating in updating/improving existing processes and initiating new ones to improve customer experience.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (languages, marketing, or any proven experience).
Experience:
  • Required: No previous work experience required.
  • Preferred: Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of software packages (Word, Excel, One Note, Teams)
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English (knowledgde of French and German is a plus)
  • Emphasis on providing excellent customer service
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving demeanor
  • Phenomenal teammate
  • Effective interpersonal skills with internal and external customers through various means

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  • Ability to multitask to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working with people at all levels of the organization
