We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Audit Consultant for a 3-month project.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a detailed review of the subsidiary’s security governance model and its alignment with Proximus’s policies.
Assess compliance with global security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and relevant [*****] regulations.
Evaluate access controls, identity management, and security-by-design practices.
Identify and quantify potential security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Review the subsidiary’s vulnerability management and penetration testing processes.
Collaborate with Proximus’s internal audit team to ensure that all audit findings are accurately documented and aligned with internal methodologies.
Provide specific recommendations and develop an action plan for enhancing the subsidiary’s security framework.
Requirements:
Proven experience in internal IT audits and security consulting.
Relevant certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
Strong knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and [*****] security regulations.
Excellent understanding of security governance, incident management, and vulnerability assessment.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work in international teams.
Ability to work independently or in collaboration with Proximus’s audit and security experts
The preparation and study phase (2-3 weeks) will be conducted in Belgium.
The control testing phase will take place both remotely and on-site, with a maximum of 2 weeks in the USA.
The project starts in Q3 and must be completed by Q4.
