Onboarding Guidance: Lead partners through the entire integration process on the Decathlon Marketplace, ensuring they can list and manage their products seamlessly.
Technical Support: Provide expert assistance on integrating partner systems with Decathlon's marketplace. Assist with APIs, data management tools, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Ticket Management: Handle partner requests via our ticketing system, gaining exposure to a wide array of Decathlon’s tools and resources.
Problem Solving: Engage in calls with partners to address any challenges they face during onboarding, learning to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding process and elevate the partner experience continuously.
Suspense Element: Plus, get ready to explore even more facets of the onboarding journey that we’ll reveal as you grow in your role!

Bilingual proficiency in Dutch-English and French (knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus).
Interest in technology and data management.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for guiding and supporting partners through technical processes.
