We are looking for a Digital Adoption Lead to join our CMC Development Digital Sciences team based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.


About the Role
As the Digital Adoption Lead for CMC Development Sciences, you will help transform the way we develop patient solutions into high-quality pharmaceutical products that reach patients in the clinic and market. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions, using a people-centric approach. You will secure the sustainability of our digital transformation, strengthening the connection with end users, and making sure the expected value and benefits are delivered.


Who You’ll Work With
In this global role, you will collaborate with teams across Belgium, the UK, and Germany. You will work closely with the Head of CMC Development Digital Sciences and Digital Domain Leads to drive the digital transformation agenda. Your role will involve engaging with end users to understand their needs and ensure that digital solutions are effectively integrated into their day-to-day activities.


What You Will Do :

• Develop and deliver the vision and roadmap for Digital Adoption within CMC Development Sciences
• Ensure successful adoption of digital solutions, considering the local context and needs
• Implement comprehensive change management strategies, including capabilities, culture, communication, and training, to support a smooth and effective digital transformation of the CMC Development Sciences organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, developing a network of key users, ambassadors, and change agents to support digital adoption efforts.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital / Technology / IT, including consulting experience and proven change management skills
• Experience with digital solutions implementation in any industrial sector
• Appetite for Industry 4.0 opportunities and Pharma digital solutions for CMC development
• Knowledge of change management methodologies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills
• “Can do” attitude, ability to work independently and define and develop own targets
• Ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity in a corporate environment
• Ability to challenge established practices and processes when required
• Ability to create trustful relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
