Your impact

As a Senior Associate in ESG Technology, you’ll make an impact by:

• Implementing and configuring ESG tools to meet client needs.
  
• Analysing and interpreting business requirements to develop sustainable technology solutions.
  
• Supporting clients in their journey to comply with ESG standards and regulations.
  
• Managing and executing ESG technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  
• Collaborating with diverse teams and clients to drive the adoption of sustainable practices through technology.
  
• Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, providing insights and recommendations on ESG technology trends and best practices.
  

About you

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  
• You have 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  
• You are proficient in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  
• You have an interest in sales and client relationship management, are proactive, service-minded and have a helicopter view.
  
• You have a good understanding of ESG.
  
• Experience
  
  • You have experience in the private sector.
    
  • You have project management experience.
    
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
    
• Experience in implementing and configuring ESG tools such as Workiva, Greenomy and Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
  
• Certificates for tools like Workiva, Greenomy and Microsoft Sustainability Manager are nice to have.
  
• The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.
  
• The start date is from September, but a later date can be defined.
  
• We are looking for a functional profile and/or a technical profile.
