We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be part of an enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) team and contribute to our Pw C continuous learning strategy.

Your impact
As L&D Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

• You will define and roll out the firmwide Learning and Development strategy for Human skills. This includes identifying the human skills gabs and translating them into innovative learning solutions. By doing so you will work closely with the business and your HR colleagues.
  
• You scope the learning needs, you partner to design/curate innovative learning solutions and you implement measures to determine the impact of those learning solutions.
  
• You will perform data analysis and report to the different stakeholders on main L&D data (attendance, evaluations, actuals vs budget, …)
  
• You stay abreast of latest developments in learning trends & technologies, embrace & implement various types of training,
  
• As Pw C Belgium is part of a larger network, you connect to the Pw C EMEA and the Pw C Europe network, follow up on the developments at EMEA/Pw C Europe level and advise the business on how to implement/offer the EMEA/Pw C Europe training.
  
• You will work closely with the other L&D team members and participate actively in the L&D team meetings.You work closely with the HR Officers' team who are in charge of the logistic follow-up of the Human skills training.
  
• You will use GENai tools ensuring our employees receive the most relevant and impactful training to drive both individual and organizational growth.
  
  

About you

• Bachelor or master degree
  
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience. Experience in learning and development is an added value.
  
• Digital savvy with experience with learning management system ; experience with different learning authoring tools and software for video/audio is a plus
  
• Agile, flexible, proactive
  
• Passionate about developing people’s skills and competencies
  
• Strong communication skills, able to inspire and convince, great stakeholder management
  
• Languages: fluent in English, Dutch and French
