As Learning & Development Manager you will join an amazing international people & culture team, focusing every day on delivering the Best Work experience Ever for our people. A day in the life of Lansweeper’s Learning & Development Manager:

You will work cross functionally with key business stakeholders to create a learning culture and help identifying and implement the training standards and methodologies to guarantee the personal growth and development of our employees.

You create, develop, and implement effective learning programs with a global scope. You'll ensure these programs set the standard for consistent training throughout the organization, choosing the best delivery methods and potential vendors, ensuring their services meet the company’s learning and development needs and quality standards.

You will drive initiatives that focus on upskilling and reskilling employees, ensuring the workforce is prepared for future challenges and the skills of tomorrow.

You will oversee the L&D budget, making sure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the best outcomes for the company’s training programs.

Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership curriculum for both individual contributor and leadership levels, aimed at nurturing talent and supporting internal career advancement.

You will establish a (virtual) network of subject matter experts to nurture a culture where they are actively involved in developing others. You will also design, prepare, and deliver training materials, including leaders’ guides, and facilitate trainings when necessary.

I have (a)

At least 7-12 years of experience in a similar role in an international context.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and oral with a proficiency in English.

'Getting things done'-mentality and a passion for people, coaching & teaching.

Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.

Going for gold?

You enjoy giving trainings yourself from time to time.

Experience with Saa S or scale-up environment.
