OVERALL MISSION:
You will be part of the Clienteling & Communication Team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office.
You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network.
You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small & dynamic and multitask team.
Some tasks and projects you will be involved in:

Supporting the Clienteling & Communication Team in charge of 8 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland)
Support all event organization projects within the region
Communicate with different suppliers/external partners to evaluate and book their services, and manage follow-ups and invoicing.
Assist in event reporting, including cost analysis.

Missions

EVENTS:
Provide support for the organization of all events and clients actions in our 8 countries:

Support in the definition of actions with store teams
Build action plan presentations to get validation from EMEA
Coordinate projects with providers : request for quotations, sharing of guidelines, review all logistics...
Work on events reporting and invoicing

PCR:

Follow up on clients gifting (inventory, attribution)
Assist in the coordination of all EMEA or Worldwide events: gather clients nominations, organize all logistics with providers (travels, hotels, private cars, welcome packs...)
Ensure reporting and invoicing

Profil

Student in Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university. You are rigorous, organized, motivated, and precise, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be available.
Passionate about fashion, dynamic, mature, and autonomous, you demonstrate independence and are proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Nordic languages is an asset.

Informations complémentaires

Start Date: Internship starting in November / December 2024 for 6 to 12 months.
Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities
