In a nutshell: Company Information: Your team and your responsibilities:
1: Develop IT&D Financial Management Strategy and lead Financial Governance:
Partner with IT&D Leadership Team to align to IT&D Transformation Strategy and to translate the strategy into concrete financial plans and targets.

• Put the necessary processes, methodologies and tools in place to enable TME IT&D to make the right decisions (create visibility, planning & forecasting, governance, tools & enablement).
• Represent IT&D towards accounting & finance (A&F) for progressing company-wide targets, ensuring good alignment of TME IT&D management (all levels) with TME A&F and yearly processes.
• Continuously align with TMC on TMC Digital Profit/ Cost optimisation activities and lead preparation of regular reporting (TMC OCIO, GCIO Meeting, IT GOT).
• Seek opportunities of collaboration with TMNA primarily and other regions (TMA).
• Lead collaboration with all business units to achieve strategic profit management targets.

• Implement and improve processes for Pan-E IT&D mid-term business plan and annual planning & budgeting (monitoring, control and actual). Extend process to Pan-E - NMSCs/EMCs IT as a primary focus, and then to sister companies (starting with portfolio visualisation).
• Implement prioritization & monitoring of investments through portfolio management and program monitoring management incl. financial management at Pan-E level (extend from TME IT&D), using automation and data to drive decision making about key technology investments (investments prioritization in line with achieving TME strategy) and relevant portfolio/ programs approvals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Pan-E IT policies, procedures, methodologies and governance for financial management incl. performance management frameworks and metrics - to ensure the Pan-E IT&D Organisation delivers value to the enterprise (sustainable process).
• Coordinate and establish the foundation for cloud financial management (create visibility, cost optimisation, planning & forecasting, governance, community building, tools & enablement) in partnership with Platform Engineering and Application teams.
• Lead collaboration with all business units to achieve strategic profit management targets.

3.1) Lead Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

• Drive focus and prioritization within Pan-E IT&D organisation establishing the Strategic Portfolio Management which will enable prioritisation and decision making and investment plans for Pan-E Business project approvals.
• Enable a projects business case: lead collection and analysis of key financial indicators to allow investment prioritisation.
• Link financial trajectory targets to SPM methodology yearly targets and ensure adherence to meet the yearly key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Design the TCO framework (model, process) and lead the implementation (resources, reporting) for the new IT&D Total Cost of Ownership to drive value-based decision making, by providing a complete cost transparency view into all services.
• Partner with IT&D leadership and A&F to create accurate projections that incorporate all cost factors to support decisions for investments and structural cost reduction using TCO framework.
• Establish the necessary forums and bring TCO results to business counterparts up to VP level and facilitate discussions to achieve structural cost reduction.

• Continuously monitor and make proposals on revised yearly KPIs to ensure progress towards 2030 target, aligning to ideal landing target image (Pan-E duplications, technical debt, etc).
  
• Monitor and take appropriate actions to ensure adherence to yearly KPI across IT&D. Lead additional recovery activities in case of gap to target.

Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
• You have 6-10 years of Professional Experience in Automotive industry for IT Financial Management/ Budget Planning processes
• Expertise in budget planning and financial management in IT
• Experience of global/ regional/ local projects (project management, cross-regional communication, managing cross-functional teams or projects)
• Good expertise in all areas of automotive business and IT. Capable to understand a broad range of businesses, some focussing essentially on cost reduction, some focussing on revenue generation and some focussing on better products
• Excellent oral and written communication skill, Influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• Mix of tactical and strategic thinking: able to develop mid to long term thinking
• Creative, rigorous, challenging and persevering
• Strong computer literate (MS Excel, and Power BI tools)
• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), any other European language is an added value
