Job description

As Fleet Data and Optimization analyst, you will support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within our global Rental organization. You will analyze fleet data to provide actionable recommendations that elevate the financial performance of the Rental Business. You will collaborate with various departments and regions to effectively implement improvements. You will innovatively enhance the S&OP process, dashboards, and tools, and implement these in the regions. You will develop and implement advanced reporting, dashboards, and tools to monitor fleet performance. You will maintain and optimize data quality by using new technologies such as AI.

You will report to the Fleet Manager, and you are a key member of the Divisional Operations

Responsibilities

• Project ownership
• Project support by facilitating data insights, structure and planning.
• Use digitalization, data, technology, and available tools to enhance our fleet management.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Build a strong relationship with all stakeholders, e.g., our regional operations teams, to practice good change management.

Experience requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as STEM, logistics, data analysis, or a relevant field
• You have a strong acumen in structured problem solving,
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into practical solutions.
• Experience with visualization tools (such as PWR BI) and techniques is a requirement
• You are a team player with excellent communications and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Knowledge of an ERP-system is a plus
