Are you seeking an exciting internship in the hospitality industry where you can showcase your passion for customer service? Join us as Front Office Trainee! You'll work alongside our experienced team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our guests while developing your professional skills:
- Welcome our guests with a warm smile upon their arrival at the hotel, creating an unforgettable first impression.
- Become a master in the art of check-in and check-out.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to phone calls and guest requests.
- Become a walking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors.
- Juggle reservations and guest special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment.
Our Search:
- You effortlessly speak English to address our international clientele. If you speak French or Dutch or any other language, it's a plus!
- You don't necessarily need to study Hospitality; what truly matters is your radiant personality and passion for customer service.
- You have an internship agreement starting from December 2024 for a period minimum of three months.
What to expect during your internship at Double Tree by Hilton Brussels City:
- You'll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team in a prestigious environment.
- You'll develop practical skills in hotel management and customer service.
- You may participate in internal training and networking events.
- For students residing abroad, we offer compensation for housing assistance.
- Complimentary lunch provided each shift.
- Work Schedule and Environment: Shifts may include working from 7 am to 3 pm as well as from 3 pm to 11 pm. You may be required to work weekends.
