Equans in Brussels is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development, Marketing, Strategy & CSR to drive our company's growth.
In this role you craft and implement strategies, lead data-driven marketing campaigns, foster business development, manage communications, and steer our CSR efforts.

business development:
- shape and challenge Equans Be Lux vision & strategy
- innovate new business models and revenue streams
- forge strategic partnerships and explore new markets
- lead M&A evaluations and integration
- build and maintain key client relationships
- structure and negotiate deals to drive profitability
-
marketing:
- conduct market research and analysis
- develop and maintain our brand identity
- plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product launches
- track and optimize marketing performance metrics
-
strategy:
- develop long-term strategic plans
- explore new business models and growth opportunities
- identify and mitigate potential risks
- monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
- experience in business development and relationship building
- experience in corporate responsibility and community engagement
- proven track record in business growth and innovation
- leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
- strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- strong partnership-building skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
