After the success of Umamido, RORU came on the scene in 2023. RORU is a Japanese Street Food concept that once again showcases our love for Japanese cuisine. Handrolls, Rice Bowls, Maki's, and so on, prepared with care and fresh ingredients of the best quality. RORU can currently be found in 3 locations, 2 times in Brussels and a new Flagship store in Leuven.

About the job
· You will function within a small team of administrative colleagues. Your job will consist of HR-related tasks and Administrative back office.
· You are the single point of contact for employees and shop managers with HR-related questions.
· Together with the HR Manager, you manage the monthly Payroll of around 250 employees of Umamido and RORU.
· You will register employees and prepare new contracts for them. You will check performances and ticking clocks in Strobbo, our online Scheduling tool.
· You will assist our operations team with Soft HR tasks and help with the recruitment of various employees. Like us, you recognise the importance of Onboarding and training. You will contribute to a smooth intake of new team members and follow them through their careers with a clear evaluation policy.
· Besides various HR-related tasks, you will lend a hand in our administrative back-office department. You will manage various mailboxes, order office materials, manage the various insurances, apply for permits, help in archiving, etc.
· You report to the HR manager, with whom you work closely.

Profile
· Enthusiasm. Passion. Positivism. Will to succeed.
· You have a passion for food and have at least 2 years' experience in a starting generalist HR function (preferably in the hospitality industry) . You like structure and clear communication.
· People manager: you are empathetic and motivating.
· Our new colleague will join us in the Atelier in Steenokkerzeel and actively participate in the daily operations of the office on his or her working days.
· You are flexible, do not shy away from some work pressure and get your teeth into your tasks.
· Language skills: FR and/or NL + ENG is very important.

Pay: €1.800,00 - €2.400,00 per month
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
