At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an ICT Project Manager to join our Uni Que team in Brussels Belgium!
The ICT Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of new systems and software packages in support of business requirements as well as the coordination of security accreditation activities. S/he manages the relationship between technology and business at the project level and is responsible for the resource management, finance management, quality management, control management and business continuity of the projects.
What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage projects assigned by the European Instituion supervisor;
• Provide regular project updates as requested by the project board;
• Generate project-related reports such as highlight reports, exception reports, risk & issue register, etc.
• Develop project plans;
• Ensure the project gets approval from a security perspective;
• Develop other project documentation when required, e.g. a Project Initiation Document; Highlight report, Exception report, etc.

Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Technically oriented university degree (information management, electronic engineering, etc.) or equivalent completed advanced vocational training;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management functions;
• Proven experience in security accreditation processes;
• Experience in software development.
• Have experience in working in an international organization or environment.
• Good understanding and technical knowledge of the ICT infrastructure & security services (directory services, database, PKI, firewall, etc.), latest software technologies;
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools (PRINCE2);
• Experience with contract or service-levelagreement management is desirable
• Proven experience in organizing workshops and conducting meetings and presentation
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
