As an Internal Sales Support at Equans Belux, based in Brussels, you’ll play a key role in driving our E-Mobility journey and supporting sustainability efforts.

YOUR MISSION?

collaborate with Business Developers to create offers based on supplier input
gather the necessary information to participate in tenders
organize customer onboarding sessions (welcome calls to explain tools and processes)
take ownership of internal stakeholder relationships to resolve customer requests
answer Inside Sales inquiries via email and phone

ARE WE A MATCH?

you have a secondary or higher professional education (preferred)
you have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Inside Sales
you’re passionate about E-Mobility, sustainability, and the energy transition
you excel in time management, communication, flexibility, and accuracy (especially when preparing quotations)
you are highly motivated, goal-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator
you bring authenticity, inclusivity, and a down-to-earth attitude to your work, fostering trust and transparency with everyone you engage with
you’re fluent in Dutch, French, and English (business level)
