Integrations Onboarding Manager

Qargo is a tech start-up with offices in London and Ghent (Belgium), dedicated to revolutionizing the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. Our user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Integrations Onboarding Manager to join our team and support our customer integration needs.
As an Integrations Onboarding Manager at Qargo, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all integration requests, ensuring their requirements are accurately captured.
Work closely with Customer Onboarding Managers, who handle the go-live of customers and provide system training, to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
Assist in configuring integrations to streamline the onboarding process, and in fine tuning the documentation and procedures.
Liaise with integration partners to facilitate the discovery process and gather documentation, and collaborate with the professional services team to prepare for implementation.
Monitor the progress of integration projects, keeping track of deadlines, and follow up with customers and partners to ensure timelines are met.
Maintain strong communication with the professional services team and the integrations team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and coordinated throughout the integration process.
Be involved in pre-sales discussions when integration requirements are covered, capturing input ahead of customer sign-ups.
Your profile:
You have a solid understanding of the transportation industry and previous experience with integrations or project management.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with software integrations are essential.
You're a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and handles multiple tasks with ease.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You're customer-focused, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Fluent in English en Dutch. French earns you bonus points.
