We currently have a vacancy for an Onboarding Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders, resolving complaints quickly and efficiently, and identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction;
• Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders, and reporting to relevant structures;
• Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions;
• Creation of stakeholder maps or similar, adoption dashboards and reports;
• Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities, oversee and contribute to their implementation;
• Managing communications and defining strategies, from awareness to action, to increase results in line with defined adoption targets;
• Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT domain, in particular for interconnected, enterprise web applications;
• At least 5 years of specific expertise in customer relationship management practices and tools;
• At least 4 years of experience in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports;
• At least 4 years of experience in Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Power Point);
• Ability to understand, speak and write French, would be considered as an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
