Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hasselt, Belgium - Hybrid. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for our QA Testing and Cyber Security departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruitment and the ability to identify and attract skilled professionals in these specialized fields.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for QA testing and cybersecurity positions
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, particularly in QA testing and cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the tech industry

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles, specifically in QA testing and cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of QA testing methodologies and cybersecurity principles
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Linked In Recruiter
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends and the job market for QA and cybersecurity professionals
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
