YOUR ROLE

As our CRM intern you will be part of the Be Ne Lux E-commerce & Digital Marketing team, and you will be the key person to run our CRM program in Belgium.
You will help us create tailor-made brand campaigns to capture the attention of our customers, increase brand awareness and achieve the best conversion rates, by performing the following tasks:

• Coordinate the creation of email campaigns from A to Z for our brands.
• Manage the database, including database clean up, analysis and segmentation.
• Work closely with the marketing team and maintain strong contacts with external partners.
• Support with producing the creative copy for the campaigns.
• Coordinate briefings with external translation agency to execute the campaigns in multiple languages (NL/FR)
• Analyze and evaluate the campaigns and create benchmarks and best practices for future campaigns.
• Support on other e-commerce & digital marketing related tasks, like managing the social media channels.

YOUR SKILLS

• Academic degree in business studies (Economics, Management, Marketing or a related field) with a strong interest in the field of FMCG.
• Motivated team player who thinks in terms of solutions.
• Analytical skills and a sense for facts and figures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
• Affinity with e-commerce & digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French is plus.
• Available for 6 months, starting February 2025
