Context

The Transformation office oversees the implementation a new tool to manage project portfolio for the Indosuez/Degroof Petercam group. Its concrete implementation will occur in Q1 2025, in this context we are looking for a profile that will join the project team at preparing the “go-live” and support the users in their first experience with the tool and the new process.

Reporting to the Transformation PMO of Degroof Petercam, the candidate will work within a project team made of the PMO team members of Degroofpetercam and Indosuez Group and a few stakeholders from IT.
The ideal candidate will help the Transformation PMO lead of the group to implement the new project management application and associated process toward the project community.
The project management approach includes a Safe Agile framework and waterfall programs (Hybrid model).

Your Position

The ideal candidate will:

Get to know the use of the new tooling, a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) market standard application.
Define and execute budget reporting on the change roadmap (portfolio of all the projects of the DP group).
Document updated process for project management where needed.
Realize testing on the changes made in the application.
Track and report incidents from the user community.
Support the users across Business and IT teams remotely applying the new project management and time sheeting way of working.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate would:

• Be at ease with IT tooling.

Have a basics knowledge of project management.
Be structured while tracking and reporting issues.
Easy going and proactive in contacting and exchanging with others across the group (users).
Have a good knowledge of French considering the Indosuez scope.
