Job description

Leonardo Belgium (LBe) is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join its team as an IT Support. Your role will involve providing technical support to employees, managing IT systems, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company's IT infrastructure, while also participating in indirect procurement and general services for Liège, Paris, and Elstree. A one-month training with our IT team in Italy will be required before returning to Liège to perform your daily duties.
Key Responsibilities

• Complete management of the ICT onboarding process for new employees, including user creation and access, as well as preparing ICT equipment;
• Management of the company's telecommunications system and support for procurement in renewing ICT contracts with suppliers;
• Management of maintenance interventions on the network infrastructure, computers, and ICT devices of LBe, and management of updates and backups;
• Troubleshooting daily IT issues faced by LBe staff, as well as the company's ICT devices and infrastructure;
• Assistance in indirect procurement and general services, collaborating with facilities teams for the sites in Liège, Paris, and Elstree;
• Work under the supervision of the IT department of the parent company in Italy to ensure the consistency and efficiency of IT operations.

Profile

• Good knowledge of IT systems and hardware, networks/servers, operating systems, software, and troubleshooting procedures;
• Ability to manage the hardware and software aspects of the IT infrastructure in a versatile manner;
• Adequate knowledge of telecommunications equipment and their configuration;
• Excellent command of English and French. Italian is an asset;
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation;
• Willing, invested, versatile, curious, and autonomous;
• Good communication and dialogue skills.
